Dr. Claudia Mika
Founder and CEO of Temos
Dr. Claudia Mika is the Founder and CEO of Temos International Healthcare Accreditation, a German-based international accreditation body.
Dr. Mika is regularly invited to international Conferences and has trained a vast number of people on five continents as part off her Temos Academy activities. She held guest lectureships at PUCRS University in Porto Alegre, Brazil and at the University Hospital in Aachen, Germany.
She advises different associations and governmental institutions regarding quality related topics, patient experience and risk management. She consulted the Turkish Ministry of Health by developing a guideline on quality assurance in international patient management.
Dr. Mika is the Vice Chairwoman of the Diplomatic Council Healthcare Forum and has been a judge for the IMTJ Awards since 2013. In 2017, Dr. Mika was awarded the Dr. Sanjiv Malik Lifetime Award.
Since January 2021 Dr. Mika has been a member of the Executive Committee of the European Fertility Society (EFS) and also chairs the society’s Certification Committee. In 2021 Dr. Mika has been appointed as associate editor of The Journal of Healthcare Management Standards.

Dr. Ali Anbori is the founder and CEO of International Consultants (IC), a consultancy firm based in Baghdad. IC represents a blend of traditions with modernity to serve the community and contribute to the development of government, private, and civil Institutions through various activities and services in health, education, economic, social and cultural sectors.
Dr. Ali Anbori is medical graduate with PhD in Health Services Management. He is a multi-discipline professional worked in different local and international organizations like UNICEF, UNDP, UNFPA, GTZ, British Council and the World Bank.
He has vast experience in health and education sectors as well as Child Protection, M&E and R&D among other things. He worked as Health Consultant for the Iraqi parliament 2007-2010 and lecturer in Alkindi Medical College with main focus on quality in healthcare services and customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Professor Deiary Fraidoon Kader

Professor Deiary Kader is a knee arthroplasty and arthroscopy (Sports) surgeon, researcher, academic, educationalist and humanitarian.
After completing his fellowship training in knee and sports surgery in Australia and the UK and working as Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Gateshead and becoming a team doctor for Newcastle United football Club, he acquired a Membership of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine (MFSEM) in the UK. Currently he is the Director of Research of the Academic Surgical Unit at South West London Elective Centre and a visiting professor at the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences Northumbria University, Newcastle.
Since 2010 he has been dedicating a significant amount of time to humanitarian work. He is the chairman and founder of NGMV medical charity & Life Academy, war trauma reconstruction surgeon for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Lebanon and Swiss cross foundation adviser and surgeon in Erbil/Iraq. Recently he published Life Academy (Personal Insights) book (available on amazon). Life Academy’s ultimate goal is to empower people and prepare them mentally to tackle challenging life issues that are rarely taught through traditional schooling, colleges or universities.
